Abstract

This article examines the key social and psychological aspects arising during the adaptation process of students in host countries. Special attention is given to phenomena such as cultural shock, stress, changes in social identity, and potential reintegration challenges upon returning to their home society after completing their studies. The article offers recommendations for mitigating the negative effects of migration, including the development of psychological support programs, enhancement of intercultural communication, and measures to facilitate the successful reintegration of graduates into national economies.
