Abstract
This article explores in detail the impact of globalization and digitalization on the development of the modern Russian language, identifies the main trends of its transformation, and analyzes the consequences of these changes for the language system and speech practice. Special attention is paid to changes in vocabulary, manifested in the active penetration of Anglicisms, borrowings from other languages, and new words related to digital technologies, internet culture, business, and mass communication. The transformation of grammar and stylistics in the digital environment is also analyzed, where brevity, dynamism, expressiveness, and flexibility of communication forms come to the forefront.
