Abstract
The article examines modern approaches to the prevention of iatrogenic errors in medical practice, with a particular focus on the use of digital technologies. It defines and classifies iatrogenic errors and analyzes the main causes of their occurrence. Special attention is given to innovative solutions such as artificial intelligence systems, telemedicine, electronic medical records, robotic complexes, and simulation training. The article presents data demonstrating the impact of healthcare digitalization on improving the quality and safety of medical care. It is noted that the implementation of technological solutions reduces the human factor, increases diagnostic accuracy, and enhances treatment effectiveness. The paper also discusses the experience of introducing modern technologies into the healthcare system of Uzbekistan.
