Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of algorithmic errors arising in the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in medical practice, as well as the associated clinical risks. The study covers the theoretical and historical foundations of AI systems and examines the approaches of regional and international scholars, including their practical experience and critical evaluations. Particular attention is paid to the challenges encountered in AI-based clinical decision-making, with an in-depth analysis of empirical cases and risk assessment methodologies. The paper concludes with recommendations aimed at improving the safety and reliability of AI applications in healthcare.
