Abstract
Diabetes mellitus remains one of the most pressing medical and social challenges in modern healthcare, characterized by high prevalence, a risk of chronic complications, and the need for continuous self-monitoring. In this context, structured therapeutic patient education aimed at developing practical disease self-management skills and improving treatment adherence is becoming increasingly important.
