AN INNOVATIVE MODEL FOR DEVELOPING CREATIVE COMPETENCE IN PRE-SERVICE TEACHERS

Abstract
This article presents a model for developing the creative competence of future teachers based on an innovative approach. In the context of globalization, digitalization, and modernization of education, the training of teachers capable of creative thinking and innovative activity has become increasingly important. The paper examines the concept of creative competence and analyzes its role in professional pedagogical practice. A review of national and international research is provided. The proposed model integrates innovative educational technologies, interactive teaching methods, and elements of the competency-based approach. The research findings confirm the effectiveness of the model and support its implementation in teacher education institutions.
