Abstract
The article examines the impact of digital technologies and artificial intelligence on the performance of airlines, using Uzbekistan Airways as a case study. It analyzes the application of AI systems and ERP solutions to optimize business processes, manage revenue, and improve service quality. It is emphasized that digital transformation contributes to cost reduction and increased company profitability.
