Abstract
This research study investigated the colloidal-chemical properties of sorbent materials obtained by modifying the AKS-30 and AKS-70 grades of kaolin mineral, which is a local raw material in our republic, for the adsorption of some heavy metal ions (Si, Co, Sr, Fe, Zn, Ni) in water resources.
