Abstract

Over the past two decades, the issue of preserving bone health in women with hyperprolactinemia has evolved from discussing simple estrogen deficiency to investigating the direct effects of prolactin on bone regeneration. The relevance of this study is determined by the need to identify early markers of osteopenia before the development of irreversible skeletal changes.
