Abstract

This study analyzed the clinical and hormonal features of somatotropic hormone deficiency in children with short stature and delayed physical development. It was established that this pathology is characterized by a marked decrease in insulin-like growth factor-1 levels, low peak growth hormone values in stimulation tests, and significant lag in anthropometric parameters.
