Abstract
This article explores the factors that shape future teachers' readiness for educational work: socio-pedagogical factors (external), socio-economic factors, and personal-psychological (internal) factors. Identifying these factors allows us to identify the reasons and conditions for preparing future teachers for educational work, as well as to identify the most effective methods and means of preparation.
